Okay, end of the first week- Just to double check my counting: I lost 1 lb, so 1 point, exercised 150 min, so 7, drank and ate right for 5 days, (oops, 2 cheat days;o) so 12 points, 7 for a free cheat day...for a total of 27. Is this right? Hmmmm it seems small. help me out...
Did you do all the other stuff, like not eat within 2 hours of bed, not eat your vice except on cheat day, etc? If all you did was have 2 days where you ate your vice but you did everything else than I think you should be at 49--because you would be -1 point for eating your vice on a regular day but you lost a pound so that would be +1 giving you a total of 49? I think. I'll call you and we'll figure it out. Kari
