I've officially hit a plateau with weight loss. I have stayed exactly the same for 3 weeks now but my inches continue to drop so that is good. I have a plan for this week and then next week since it is my rest week in work outs (but not really a rest week just not as intense working out) I will be doing a 3 day cleanse - where I even get to eat all my fruits and veggies. No starvation cleanses for me!! Anyway I think by doing these two things I will overcome this plateau and move down on the scale. My points this week are 51, I lost 2 inches. My point total is 205. Keep it up ladies and Eric!!
