Nine weeks going and I have not lost even half of what I wanted but I am feeling better inside and the exercise has really been beneficial. I have to drag out of bed at 5:00am to get it all in before the grandkids come~that means I have to go to bed on time (early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy and wealthy and wise), I could use some healthy, wealthy, and wise! I lost one more pound and two inches, making my points for the week 52. That is a total of 460. Marsha:)
