Karin's week 8

Holy cow!  We only have 4 weeks left!  That is amazing.  Great job to everyone still working at reaching their goals.  I didn't lose anything this week but got all my points.  I have started a new exercise program that is not as intense as my last one so I have decided to add in some extra cardio on my weight lifting days to help balance that out.  My total points are 408.
