Nana's week 3

So we took a trip to Yellowstone and I thought I was really going to  be in trouble but I was surprized at the way I could find menu items that were compatible with my food restrictions.  So while my family enjoyed their fatty and sugary cusine, I was delightedly keeping with salads and fish and grilled chicken and cool refreshing H 2 O.  Hiking around and climbing steep trails I was able to loose one pound and 2 inches.  My running total for this week is 156:)           Marsha
